We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

My New Go To White Shoe
First off the packaging of these shoes is great, the box and shoe bag you get are very nice, as well as the extra pair of laces. For the shoe itself I love the silhouette and you can tell they are good quality leather. The metro white is now going to be a staple in my shoe rotation, and when my current pair is too worn, you can bet I'll be getting another pair. These fit true to size, and I paired mine up with a shoe tree to help keep the leather from creasing (not that I have had an issue)

Awesome gift idea!
I purchased these as a Birthday gift for a good friend. He likes that they are
different/unique, says they are really comfortable and will no doubt become a

Super happy!
So far I'm very happy with my purchase. The shoes are pretty comfy and look
great. A nice way to spice up simple jeans and a t-shirt setup. Shipping was super quick The
communications from the Koio team have all felt very attentive and
personal. Great vibe overall.

Overall A+
I like these sneakers. They feel well made and they hug my feet. I've grown
accustomed to them. These are low tops, so I do have to loosen up the laces
about halfway down the shoe to be able to put them on. That does add a little
time, but you get used to it. Overall, these shoes are comfy, well-padded, look
good, and feel good to walk around in. I recommend them.
