Exchange Policy:

We are happy to offer one free exchange per order within 14 days of delivery, and offer both standard and instant exchanges. With a standard exchange, your new item will ship once the original item is returned back to us. With an instant exchange your new item will ship within 24 business hours, after putting down a $1 refundable deposit. For both exchange options, a pre-paid label is provided. Please note final sale items are non-returnable and not exchangeable.


Return Policy:

We are happy to honor a return within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. Orders placed between November 4th and December 31st will have an extended exchange window for the holidays. After the regular 14-day return window has ended, orders will not be eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 7th 2025. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Start your return here and follow the instructions to receive a pre-paid returns label to send back your item(s).

All refunds are processed within 5 days upon delivery back to us to the original form of payment with the $9.95 shipping label fee automatically deducted.

Please note final sale items are non-returnable, and sale items purchased with a 30% or higher discount are eligible for store credit or exchange only. All products must be returned with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit is unable to be converted into a refund once issued.

We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

At this time we are unable to offer international exchanges. We would recommend setting up a return and placing a new order.
