Koio accepts unworn, undamaged goods purchased within the last 30 days. Exchanges ship out instantly before receiving the old pair back.

+ The return window has been extended to 60 days till the end of the year. All orders placed through December 31 will enjoy this extra time to be extra sure this holiday season!

Koio offers easy returns and instant exchanges to ensure you get the perfect shoe.
    • Use your email address OR order number and shipping zip code to initiate a return or exchange.
    • Exchanges are instant! Exchange orders will ship out right away - even before you send back your old pair.
    • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon Koio’s receipt of your package. They will be credited to the card used in your initial purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 4 business days for your bank to complete.)
    • Koio stores also accept online returns/exchanges.
    • Koio collaboration shoes can be exchanged for another size or credit, but are non-refundable.

    For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional two weeks.


    Contact hello@koio.co to return or exchange an international order (Hawaii, US Territories, and Alaska included). Return and/or exchange shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

In this spirit, it’s important to us that our international customers experience less of them. Our checkout will automatically include duties and taxes for all international orders so there is no more surprise delivery fees and unnecessary delays.
