Our cedar shoe trees are crafted from wood that absorbs moisture, neutralizes unwanted odors, and helps maintain the structure of your Koios over time. Simply place them inside your shoes when you’re not wearing them.

Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery. A $14 fee will apply to all returns/exchanges. You can waive this fee by opting into Checkout+ for $7.98 at the time of purchase. Checkout+ provides free returns/exchanges, and also includes order protection. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange, or may be final sale.
International Orders
We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
