Designed to refine the fit, this premium insert sits between the insole and sole to subtly reduce interior volume—ideal for slimmer feet that need a more secure feel. Crafted for added thickness without sacrificing comfort, it helps prevent heel slippage and enhances stability. Compatible with all Koio styles built on our Capri construction: Capri, Garda, Portofino, Primo, and Capri Mid.
Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery. A $14 fee will apply to all returns/exchanges. You can waive this fee by opting into Checkout+ for $7.98 at the time of purchase. Checkout+ provides free returns/exchanges, and also includes order protection. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange, or may be final sale.
International Orders
We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
