          Returns/Exchanges

          We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

          International Orders

          We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

            Great quality, style and comfort

            Excellent build quality. I love the fact that they are a bit pointy. It makes the shoe much more elegant in my opinion. I love the color, it's really subtle but very pretty. Absolutely no break in period for me as it was comfortable form day one. Definitely runs 1/2 size large. This is my second pair but I will buy more for sure!

            Comfortable, stylish and versatile

            I bought these for travel so I coud have a shoe that would cushion my feet on city streets and still look great for dinner in a fine establishment. So far, they're just want I expected. The leather and handpainted edges are beautiuful. In addition, customer service was fast and responsive when the package appeared to be lost but had in fact been delivered to my work address due to my own mistake.

            I thought there was supposed to be a removable insole but this didn't show up.

            I like these shoes. They are very attractive and the quality is excellent. The sizing runs a little big. I was debating whether to return and order a size down, but I decided to keep them. I think the fit will be good once I break them in.
