Free shipping applies only to domestic orders in the Contiguous United States totaling $150+. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

Promotions cannot be combined for additional discounts. Accessories are excluded from any site promotion.

Orders placed between November 4th and December 31st will have an extended exchange window for the holidays. After the regular 14-day return window has ended, orders will not be eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 7th 2025.

Items on sale with a 30% or more discount are eligible for exchange only. Exchange Only items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for a different size, a different item, or store credit.

Final Sale items are discounted by 50% or more, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Handcrafted in Le Marche, Italy, the Tempos low top athletic silhouette is outfitted with the highest quality materials, all sourced from the surrounding region. Wherever you’re going, you set the Tempo.

            Returns/Exchanges

            We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of shipment. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

            International Orders

            We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

              My favorite shoes

              These Tempos are the the most comfortable and best looking of all my shoes including the 7 pairs of koio I own. They are now unavailable and if I owned the company ii would make it my top priority to get these back in stock ASAP.
