Free shipping applies only to domestic orders in the Contiguous United States totaling $150+. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

Promotions cannot be combined for additional discounts. Accessories are excluded from any site promotion.

Orders placed between November 4th and December 31st will have an extended exchange window for the holidays. After the regular 14-day return window has ended, orders will not be eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 7th 2025.

Items on sale with a 30% or more discount are eligible for exchange only. Exchange Only items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for a different size, a different item, or store credit.

Final Sale items are discounted by 50% or more, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    New Kio Sneaker. Wow

    This is my second pair of Kio’s . I bought the high tops about 3 years on sale. The fit the quality and the finish is immaculate. The comfort is second to none.

    I have the new low cut sneaker in Charcol .

    They are even better than my high tops.

    Kio does pride itself by making sneakers that are outstanding and making the new product better than before. I’m 80 and love them. Why ? You done see others wearing them. I like to be the topic of conversation and styling. I’ve always been so if you want to be in the in-crowd , then Koi will put you there. I strongly recommend any Kio product because of the workmanship and styling.

    I havenot really use it yet but I could tell and feel it's well made, very comfortable. I downsized by 1/2 size. This is my third koio, different style.
