        Returns/Exchanges

        We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

        International Orders

        We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

          As good as it gets

          You can't get any better than these. You could certainly pay more (CP) but these are the same quality and honestly I think they look better than others that cost more. Super comfy out of the box, but will be putting custom orthotics in mine. I'll be wearing these all the time!

          Hi Reinaldo, thank you so much for your feedback! We have exact measurements in our Size Guide for each size in the Capri as well, to help determine fit. The measurements indicate the maximum length foot that fits into that size.
