Free shipping applies only to domestic orders in the Contiguous United States totaling $150+. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

The Capri in 'Fiore'—a soft, muted-pink hue that feels just as relevant in the spring as it does in the fall. Handcrafted in Italy from full-grain leather and detailed with a tonal suede accent, it's set on a matching rubber sole for a fresh monochrome look.

      Returns/Exchanges

      We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

      International Orders

      We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

        I had a good experience with customer service when I had to return a purchase because I had made a mistake when ordering. That was a nice surprise because some other folks have said there were issues with customer service.

        The shoes themselves are very nice. I am glad I was advised that the shoes run larges because what I got was a one-half size smaller than my usual and they are not at all tight, I am still breaking them in but they are more comfortable each day. Leather starts off a little stiff.
