This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with hourly compensation. Full-time opportunities may arise for exceptional Sales Associates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for clients, with a strong focus on sales
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Koio products
  • Ensure store is well-merchandised
  • Manage back of house
  • Create and fulfill orders, for both in-store purchases and online requests
  • Communicate with the Koio team on a daily basis, relaying information about sales goals, in store opportunities, and day-to-day challenges
  • Assist with setup and execution of Koio events

    Abilities and Experience

  • Some college education desired
  • Retail sales experience at a luxury fashion, footwear or accessories store
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Knowledge of sales principles including conversion and upsell
  • High level of ownership and responsibility
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with Koio
