Responsibilities

  • Deliver an awe-inspiring customer experience to customers, with a strong sales focus
  • Remain knowledgeable about all Koio products
  • Ensure store is well merchandised
  • Manage back of house
  • Create and fulfill orders, both for in-store purchases and online requests
  • Communicate with KOIO team daily about sales goals, store¬†opportunities, and challenges
  • Assist with setup and execution of events

  • Abilities and Experience

  • Some college
  • Sales experience at fashion/footwear high-end retailer
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Knowledge of sales principles including conversion and upsell
  • High level of ownership and responsibility
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with Koio

  • This position is part-time on weekdays with hourly compensation and potential for full-time opportunities for truly exceptional associates.
