Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle (measured by Net Promoter Score)
  • Answer and resolve incoming customer requests (e-mail, phone & chat)
  • Manage product reviews
  • Manage Instagram comment section
  • Assist customers with returns
  • Organize feedback on Koio (product, etc.) and share with the team

  • Abilities and Experience

  • 3 years experience as a customer experience associate
  • College degree
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams at the same time without losing track of tasks
  • Working 3-4 days a week
