Responsibilities

  • Lead performance marketing efforts at Koio with the objective of lowering Customer Acquisition Cost and increasing Customer Lifetime Value
  • Determine Koio's performance marketing strategy and tactics across channels, including paid social, SEO, SEM, and affiliate
  • Balance investing in proven channels and finding new opportunities for growth
  • Track spend and ensure that budget is used efficiently
  • Manage Koio's performance marketing agencies and help them deliver their best work
  • Analyze performance and report it to the Koio team, using our business intelligence platform

  • Abilities and Experience

  • 4+ years experience managing performance marketing across social, SEO, SEM and affiliate
  • Demonstrated mastery of multi-channel media strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and campaign optimization
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
  • Authority and empathy in communication
  • Fluency in Excel; Tableau a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
