Shipping

Domestic

  • Standard ground shipping (3-5 business days) - Free! (Except Alaska, US Territories & Hawaii)
  • Pick up at Koio Soho - Free! (Pick up after 24 hours, weekdays only)
  • Express shipping (2-3 business days) - $15
  • Overnight shipping (1 business day for orders placed before 1pm EST) - $25

International

Costs vary by country. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, get in touch with us at hello@koio.co to receive information on shipping options and rates. Duties are charged directly at checkout so that you don’t have to deal with customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. A try-on at home is cool — taking your Koios for a walk outside is less cool.

Domestic

Haven’t found the perfect fit? Returns and exchanges are easy. Just follow these three steps:

  1. Click here to initiate your free return or exchange. All you need is your order number and shipping ZIP code.
  2. Make sure your Koios fulfill the qualifications below and ship them back to us using the prepaid return label (downloadable in Step 1).
  3. For an exchange, your new pair will be sent to you as soon as your initial pair is in transit back to us. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, once we have received your package.

Qualifications

  • Koios must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
  • Koios must be returned in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and shoe bags.
  • Koios can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the receipt of the original order.

Refunds will be credited to the same card you used to make the purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete.

International

To return or exchange an international order (incl. Hawaii, US Territories & Alaska) please shoot us a message at hello@koio.co. Return or exchange shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
