Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. A try-on at home is a-okay! — taking your Koios for a walk outside not a-okay.
Haven’t found the perfect fit? Returns and exchanges are easy. Just follow these three steps:
- Click here to initiate your free return or exchange. All you need is your order number and shipping ZIP code.
- Make sure your Koios fulfill the qualifications below and ship them back to us using the prepaid return label (downloadable in Step 1).
- For an exchange, your new pair will be sent to you as soon as your initial pair is in transit back to us. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, once we have received your package.
You can also return/exchange your Koios at one of our stores.
- Koios must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
- Koios must be returned in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and shoe bags.
- Koios can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the receipt of the original order.
Refunds will be credited to the same card you used to make the purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete.
To return or exchange an international order (incl. Hawaii, US Territories & Alaska) please shoot us a message at email@example.com. Return or exchange shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
Size/ Fit issues
If your Koios don’t feel like the perfect fit, get in touch with us as soon as you can. We’ve got plenty of tips and tricks, like ways to re-tie your laces, in order to make your Koios more comfortable.
