We are looking for an energetic self-starter Junior Associate to join the marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager. This role is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and develop valuable skills at a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the luxury footwear industry.
What you’ll do:
- Update and maintain general Shopify Plus site content and product display pages to make sure all information is relevant and up to date
- Help coordinate key marketing campaigns across owned channels to ensure on-time delivery
- Support the Marketing Manager with building and scheduling campaigns for our email and text channels
- Aid in creating weekly and monthly data reports of cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage the receiving of all marketing samples from our suppliers and partners
- Assist in preparing and executing new marketing projects, reporting to the team on their progress to ensure timely launches
- Support the creative team in social media marketing; assisting in the planning, creating, and overall growth of our IG and TikTok account
- Support influencer growth strategies, including managing a prospect pipeline, tracking complete campaigns, and fulfilling influencer orders for Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok
Requirements:
- A completed undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field
- Ability to commit full-time and be in-person at least three days a week in our Soho office
- Strong understanding of social media and fashion industry trends
- Practical communication skills and evidence of working collaboratively to achieve results
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many tasks at once
- A self-starting personality and can-do attitude
- Experience and knowledge of influencer/creator marketing
- An ability to problem-solve independently
- Exhibited decision making and problem-solving skills
- Express a positive attitude and ability to own all assigned projects fully
- Is a team player that is enthusiastic about collaborating with team members!
- Eager to tackle any problem that may arise within a startup business with a positive attitude
Preferred:
- Experience with Google Suite, Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo
- Previous experience in fashion or luxury marketing
