Together with Dominique Ansel, Chef/Owner of Dominique Ansel Bakery & Kitchen and recently-crowned World's Best Pastry Chef, we created a limited-edition pair of the Koio Avalanche, inspired by the core ingredients in a classic French croissant: flour, sugar, eggs, and butter.
Each pair also comes with a Dominique Ansel pancake mix, so you can make your own fluffy pancakes as you're trying on your new sneakers.
