Director of Performance Marketing (NYC, full-time)

Responsibilities

Lead performance marketing efforts at Koio with the objective of lowering Customer Acquisition Cost and increasing Customer Lifetime Value

Determine Koio's performance marketing strategy and tactics across channels, including paid social, SEO, SEM, and affiliate

Balance investing in proven channels and finding new opportunities for growth

Track spend and ensure that budget is used efficiently

Manage Koio's performance marketing agencies and help them deliver their best work

Analyze performance and report it to the Koio team, using our business intelligence platform

Abilities and Experience

4+ years experience managing performance marketing across social, SEO, SEM and affiliate

Demonstrated mastery of multi-channel media strategy with a focus on customer acquisition and campaign optimization

Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills

Authority and empathy in communication

Fluency in Excel; Tableau a plus

Bachelor's degree required
