Sleek, comfortable, and practical, our Chelsea boot has been described as “the perfect pair” by Vogue. It’s handcrafted in Italy from smooth Nero leather and set on a water-resistant lug sole that feels light on the foot. The elasticated side panels and heel tab allow for easy on-and-off.

Narrow across the toe box
They're beautiful and lightweight as advertised, but they are narrow across the toe box, and especially at the widest part of the foot. In my case, I can see that the pressure is not going to be good. They are the only shoe I wanted from this site, and the return is for store credit only, so I've decided to keep them. I'd love to know what a non-damaging way is to widen that part across the foot though, if the customer care folks have an answer I'd love to know; I think it would help others who have had a similar issues.

For men too
I'm a guy and bought these at a whim on sale because I was in the market for a lug sole boot. I've got a small foot, but a wide one, so I was taking a gamble on buying a boot designed for women.
Also my calves are kinda thick and the boot goes up fairly high compared to a regular Chelsea, so I was worried it would be tight on my legs.
Nope, these fit like a charm and they're very comfortable. I'm a Size 7 in mens normally, so I went with a Size 10 here and they fit really well. Not at all tight, and honestly with thin socks there might be a bit too much room. If I throw on thick socks they fit like the perfect boot.
Get ready to grow like an inch and half as well. I'm seeing the world from a whole new perspective when I put these on.
If you've got small feet give them a shot. I can't wait to rock these more

As sturdy as they come!
So I've had my shoes for a couple of weeks now and have had a chance to really take them for a spin. Firstly, I searched high and low for GOOD QUALITY ITALIAN LEATHER. Nobody was fulfilling the need of a durable, well-made, structured, and stylish boot at a reasonable price. After reading about the company and the reviews I was sold. Right out of the box it fit very well. I have a slightly wider foot however this has not been an issue in these Chelseas. It only means I cannot wear very thick socks on colder days.... which is not really an issue as they seem very well insulated. I work in a clinical setting so running around from one patient room to another is nothing. These boots are like walking on clouds. They are well insulated and there is no pain from being on my feet and moving around all day. I bought and sprayed the protective sealant as well. Time will tell how these will wear however I'm very pleased with my purchase! Thank you, Koio!

Too narrow for me
These boots seem like great quality and I really wanted to love them, but they were too long and narrow for my foot. They don’t look like they’d be narrow from the pics, and I usually don’t have trouble wearing normal boots, but I do usually buy a wide in dress shoes, so just keep that in mind if you also have a semi-wide foot. Wish they came in another width!
